Theater Everywhere: A Cookbook of Activities
In 2020, theater educators worldwide are facing an unprecedented academic year where learning and theatre-making will happen online due to public health risks. I spoke with experimental interdisciplinary artists to collect original "recipes" for devising performance in the online classroom.
In this cookbook, innovative artists from MIT to NYU offer short, practical, multigenerational, evergreen recipes in videos lasting from 4-11 minutes.
Closed captioning is available for each video, along with PDF transcripts.
This project was made possible by Westtown's McLear Artist in Residence Fund and the American Alliance for Theatre and Education, AATE.
